Matthew Brown
President & CEO

Matthew is the founder and currently serves as President and Chief Executive Officer of That's Us Technologies, Inc. With a background stemming from other successful telecommunications and IT businesses, Matthew founded That’s Us Technologies in 2003 to service the growing online consignment and e-Commerce industries; eventually stemming three divisions that provide software as a service to the Automotive, Retail and Real Estate marketplaces. Matthew is serious about technology and has a unique approach to teambuilding and design. In 1997, Matthew founded CLEC Strategies in Tampa, FL, which continues today as a successful business-to-business consulting firm in the telecom arena. Matthew has been involved in many new ventures over the last 15 years and sits on the board of directors of several other successful technology companies including SOEsoftware.com. Marc J. Fratello
Chairman of the Board of Directors

Currently President of SiteWit Corporation a company that specializes in helping entities optimize search marketing using Google, Bing and Yahoo adwords, Fratello was also the founder of SOE Software which was acquired by Scytl Secure Voting, the largest provider of software solutions to election departments in the world. Prior to SOE Fratello founded PowerCerv Corporation in 1992 which he took public in 1996 raising $52 million in an oversubscribed offering. PowerCerv was the first ERP software vendor to integrate front and back office automation applications. Prior to selling the company in 2002, Fratello received accolades from Inc Magazine for 1996 Entrepreneur of the year for Florida and from Deloitte and Touche for being the second fastest growing company in Florida over a five year period. Fratello received his BS in Accounting from Franklin and Marchall College in 1978. Later he attended Wharton School University of Pennsylvania where he received his MBA in 1991.

Michael J. Dean
Executive Vice President and Director

Michael previously served as the CFO of Zavata, Inc. and IMRGlobal, Inc. While with these two companies, Michael led IMRGlobal through a successful $49 million Initial Public Offering, was the senior financial officer for 14 acquisitions in 6 countries, and was the senior financial officer in selling these companies for a combined $420 million. In both cases, Michael was a key team member in turning these companies from significant losses to record profits. Michael also has significant expertise in SEC filings and preparing audited financial statements. Michael is a graduate of the University of West Florida, and is a Florida CPA.

Michael Hatch
Director

Michael started his first company in 1981 at age 22, an electrical safety testing and consulting laboratory. Grew it to a multi million dollar enterprise and successfully sold it in 1996. Founded Hatch Lighting in 1985 (hatchlighting.com) and remains it's CEO today. Hatch Lighting designs, manufactures and sells its products worldwide and is number one in north america in it's main field of expertise. Michael invests in and sits on the board of numerous technology companies.

Alfred C. Angelone
Director

Alfred C. Angelone, Chairman and Chief Executive Officer of ASA International Ltd., founded the Company and has served as its Chief Executive Officer since 1969. ASA is a holding company for businesses providing enterprise software solutions and consulting services to employ the solutions. The scope of products and services include: licensing the sale of software or selling software as a service (SAAS), offering application service provider (ASP) solutions, providing software maintenance and support, developing custom software, providing implementation and training, and business consulting. ASA’s companies, each of which is a wholly owned subsidiary, sell to various vertical markets. During 39 years as Chief Executive Officer of ASA, Alfred performed every function that is required to start and grow a business. In the early years, he both led the company and worked on hundreds of client engagements ranging from software development projects to profit improvement programs, and merger and acquisition transactions. Today, he oversees the various operating businesses of ASA, consults with ASA’s businesses and long-standing clients, and consults for other businesses involving acquisition/divestiture transactions and overall business advice to plan, manage and control the profitable growth of small to medium sized businesses.

Prior to founding ASA in 1969, Alfred was employed by the Boston office of Arthur Andersen & Co., working in the consulting division on various projects primarily for manufacturing companies, and developed due diligence expertise in connection with merger and acquisition assignments.

Alfred received a B.S. degree Cum Laude in Accounting from Providence College (1962), where he was elected to Delta Epsilon Sigma, the National Honor Society of Catholic Universities, and the Ship & Scales Club, a business honor society. Alfred earned a Master of Business Administration degree from Columbia University Graduate School of Business (1964).
