PHP Developer

That's Us Technologies is seeking a dedicated PHP Developer to join our team in Tampa. As a Developer on our team, you will work closely with our CIO, CTO, UI designers and project managers to bring exciting concepts and designs into reality.

We are a small company with a relaxed atmosphere and a fast-paced development strategy. Our development teams enjoy a casual and exciting culture while practicing development. This position requires an in-house team member (no telecommuting), though occasional remote days are fine.


The ideal candidate for this position will be passionate about Software Development, specifically in a PHP MVC framework (we use Laravel). They should enjoy learning and discussing technology concepts and ideas in order to better both themselves and their new team. They should always understand, and be pretend to defend, why they wrote code the way they did, not just what they wrote and challenge other developers the same way during code reviews. The candidate should love test-driven development and understand what YAGNI (You Ain’t Gonna Need It) means.

Must Have

  • 3-5 years professional PHP development experience in an MVC framework
  • Strong understanding of Object Oriented Programming
  • Experience and strong preference for Test-Driven Development

Director, Account Manager

The primary responsibility of this position is to lead and manage the Account Management team and directly manage OEM relationships driving growth of LotVantage digital marketing solutions in the automotive, powersports, marine, and RV software industry.  S/he builds report and relationship with our current OEM customers to grow the business and ensure client satisfaction at both the OEM and dealer level. Director will also be responsible for growing overall dealer base by leading the rest of the Account Management team.

  • Management/Growth of OEM relationships with LotVantage.
  • Formulate Account Management business plan consistent with LotVantage strategy.
  • Identifying new revenue streams in order to achieve short-term and long-term growth and retention objectives.
  • Build professional network and remain current on issues impacting OEM business and sales.
  • Research, analyze, and monitor financial, technological, and demographic factors to capitalize on market opportunities and minimize effects of competitive activity.

The Inside Sales position is responsible for new customer acquisition and retention, achieving established sales goals and objectives to meet the sales plan by selling software directly to dealers. The ideal candidate will be a motivated, innovative, proactive and detail-oriented individual who possesses the skill to document the potential market, prioritize target companies and effectively sell into the target companies. The candidate will have an understanding of the technology industry and B2B sales. This individual will have a track record in building sales.

  • Bachelor's or advanced degree is preferred and/or minimum 3-5+ years’ relevant experience required
  • A thorough understanding of telephone sales, attending and selling at conferences and conventions and online marketing technologies and strategies
  • 3-5+ years of experience in B2B sales and or direct sales management preferred
  • Intimate familiarity with online technology and B2B market (customers, vendors, platforms etc.)
  • Proven record of delivering innovative solutions to address customer needs

Job Summary

Working with an assigned book of business, the Account Manager will focus on maintaining and growing revenue by educating LotVantage clients on the marketplaces we support. The Account Manager reports to the Director of Account Management, and will focus on driving customer engagement, retention and usage of our digital marketing services to a base of 75-100 accounts.

Key Responsibilities

  • Collaborates with LotVantage leadership to develop customer engagement plan and implement across new and existing accounts
  • Builds rapport with customers through monthly calls by consulting them on our product and service capabilities and how they can maximize the benefits
  • Recommends new products and services by evaluating customer needs and current marketing goals, resulting in new upsell opportunities added to AM pipeline each week
  • Identifies customers with low utilization and proactively reaches out to understand their needs
  • Facilitates new customers through onboarding process and provides interactive training over the phone
  • Collaborates with sales and marketing on customer campaigns
  • Tracks customer interactions & notes in CRM (HubSpot)
